This is a nice portrait shot of the world renown square on a beautiful Summer's day in 2009. Up close, the Arc de Triumph is an tall and impressive arch, but a view of this famous Parisian landmark from atop the Eiffel Tower puts it into perspective. This is not, as you might anticipate, the Statue of Liberty who graces the harbour in New York, but rather a photo of the smaller scale version who rests along the river Seine in Paris, France. Our little adventurer bravely navigates the excellent fortress at Commonwealth Park.
