Inside the Chapel of Bones


A look inside the Capela dos Ossos, or Chapel of Bones, located in the Portuguese city of Evora. Features a warning at the entrance: “We, the bones that are here, await yours."

This is a photo of one of the famous Barbary Apes of Gibraltar, sitting precariously against the backdrop of the nearby Spanish countryside. This is a photo underneath the massive dome of St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City. The pavilion-like structure in the centre stands 30 metres tall! This is a nice photo of the Tiber river which slowly runs through the centre of the 'Eternal City' - Rome, Italy. Venice's most famous place certainly has a lot of vacant seats. This is a nice portrait shot of the world renown square on a beautiful Summer's day in 2009. Up close, the Arc de Triumph is an tall and impressive arch, but a view of this famous Parisian landmark from atop the Eiffel Tower puts it into perspective.
